Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Telesales Executive (Female) to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess between 1 to 3 years of work experience in telesales. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and customer service orientation.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products and services.
Maintain a detailed and accurate record of each call, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals with prospective clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Continuously update product knowledge to offer the most current and relevant information to clients.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Handle customer objections and rejections professionally and persistently follow up to turn around potential leads.
