Telesales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
2. Consulting and calling fresh clients on their inquiries
3. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of company services
4. Helping them with Canada or Hong Kong immigration process
5. Clearing all the doubts
6. Taking proper follow-up on time from the calls made on a daily basis
7. Convincing clients by explaining the company services and charges including benefits of our services to take the same
8. Converting the lead into potential clients with powerful communication skills
9. Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements

Requirements:

1. Female candidates (preferred)
2. Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field experience in sales
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics
5. Ability and commitment to offer excellent customer service
6. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
7. Good time management and organizational skills
8. Ability to handle stressful situations
9. Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
10. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
11. Strong organizational skills
