Key responsibilities:

1. Actively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and warm calling to generate leads
2. Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing information about tour packages, destinations, pricing, and itineraries
3. Convert sales leads into confirmed bookings by effectively pitching tour packages, highlighting key benefits, and addressing customer concerns
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

1. Candidates with BPO Sales or Tele Sales experience
2. Graduate with 0 years of sales experience. (ok to evaluate good under-graduates)
