1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Require an experienced customer-oriented telesales candidate who can drive sales via call and mail communications.
2. This is a completely target-driven profile (sales KRAs would cover overall sales, overall active client ratio, and new sign-ups primarily) and requires a candidate with a go-getter attitude who can perform consistently in a high-pressure environment.
3. The candidate should be passionate about sales, highly energetic, self-driven, and organized to be able to maintain relationships with existing clients (active & dormant) by providing ample support, information, and guidance.
4. The candidate shall also be responsible for building new relationships by onboarding fresh clients assigned via leads generated by us, with good negotiation skills to execute terms of agreement and close sales.
5. The candidate shall be expected to maintain and prepare reports with an accurate record of all day-to-day activities.
6. The candidate shall liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
7. Need to have excellent understanding knowledge of travel technology products covering flights and hotels primarily.
8. IATA certification will be an added advantage.
9. Basic computer skills in MS Excel and Word.
