About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Regularly follow up on leads, including both existing clients (active & dormant) (target basis).
2. Achieve or exceed daily and monthly targets consistently in terms of lead conversion, and sales/GBV (target basis).
3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demos of products and services offered.
4. Manage data to ensure 100% coverage.
5. Develop and maintain sales records of calls, sales, activations, pipeline, follow-up activities, etc.
6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections effectively.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results collectively.
8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams.
9. Track key parameters to monitor clients' growth effectively.
10. Manage customer accounts by ensuring satisfaction with company products and services.
11. Streamline operational activities related to clients, advising senior management on maximizing business relationships.
12. Identify opportunities and develop viable business strategies to service them.
13. Interact proficiently with senior executives and CXO/leads level.
14. Sell through phone, ensure deal closure, and provide top-notch client servicing.
15. Respond promptly to guest emails and feedback within agreed TATs.
16. Provide support for day-to-day queries with the highest level of customer service via telephone and email.
17. Maintain the highest level of telephone and email etiquette.
18. Work closely with internal teams and departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
19. Assist team leaders/managers with development, process improvement, analysis, and implementation of effective methods.
20. Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
21. Identify clients' needs and suggest suitable travel options accordingly.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Require an experienced customer-oriented telesales candidate who can drive sales via call and mail communications.

2. This is a completely target-driven profile (sales KRAs would cover overall sales, overall active client ratio, and new sign-ups primarily) and requires a candidate with a go-getter attitude who can perform consistently in a high-pressure environment.

3. The candidate should be passionate about sales, highly energetic, self-driven, and organized to be able to maintain relationships with existing clients (active & dormant) by providing ample support, information, and guidance.

4. The candidate shall also be responsible for building new relationships by onboarding fresh clients assigned via leads generated by us, with good negotiation skills to execute terms of agreement and close sales.

5. The candidate shall be expected to maintain and prepare reports with an accurate record of all day-to-day activities.

6. The candidate shall liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

7. Need to have excellent understanding knowledge of travel technology products covering flights and hotels primarily.

8. IATA certification will be an added advantage.

9. Basic computer skills in MS Excel and Word.
