JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and submit tender documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive bids.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
Analyze tender documents to understand technical and financial requirements and ensure compliance with all conditions.
Maintain an up-to-date database of all tender submissions, responses, and outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor tender portals and other sources for new tender opportunities relevant to the company's business interests.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on tender status, outcomes, and market trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tender Executive or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and submission requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
