Tender Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end tender process, including identification of tender opportunities, preparation of tender documents, submission, and follow-up
2. Develop and implement strategies for successful tender submissions
3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure all tender requirements are met
4. Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents and identify key requirements and evaluation criteria
5. Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and risk assessments for tender proposals
6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tenders

Requirements:

1. Graduate or above
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the waste management industry
3. GEM portal efficiency and understanding
4. Strong understanding of the tendering process and legal/regulatory requirements
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
9. Ability to work independently
