Territory Service Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

A. Dealer Business:
1. Improve dealer service business
2. Improve the operational efficiency of service in workshops to improve customer satisfaction and profitability
3. Ensure the availability of authentic parts supplied by the TVSM recommended source

B. Improve PSF Score:
1. Improve the PSF through service process audits and take corrective actions to improve the service standards at the workshop
2. Get involved in specific details that require immediate attention
3. Contact customers at regular intervals by telephone/personal meeting and understand their expectations and take counter measures
4. Assist dealers in closing customer complaints within 48 hours
5. Improve the capability level of the dealer's service team and provide on-the-job training in areas of product knowledge, service repair standards, special tools, customer handling, and customer satisfaction, and update the mechanics knowledge through competitor model training

C. Product Quality:
1. Focus on turnaround time and ensure trouble free vehicles to preowned 2wheeler customers
