1. Compilation of Oracle weekly to download new Pos entered by the UK team
2. Segregate the POs on which "GoAhead" has been received
3. Segregate the POs as per the delivery schedule
4. Circulate the compilation ID to merchandising, stores, digital printing, cutting & finishing departments for them to work on
5. Chase stores for the fabrics & accessories sourcing and purchase
6. Chase merchandising manager & sampling executive for the approved final patterns & tracings
7. After fabrics & trims are in-house, proceed with the embellishment followed by cutting, stitching finishing & packing
8. Discuss the production procedure & flow with the sampling department for the correct process flow
9. Plan the delivery & vessel/flight schedule with the shipping department & make sure the final packed goods are handed over to the shipping department within the allotted time frame
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
