Work Hours - 9.00 am to 6.00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Testing for the kids using the appropriate test scales
Review assessments to identify learning, social, psychological, and cognitive challenges of assigned cases.
2. Conduct Case History, prepare a report, and share the result to create a robust IEP
Communicate and discuss with parents regarding the output of the Assessment Report
Develop and discuss individualized Educational plan (IEP) for cases based on their strengths and abilities
3. Conduct Training Calls with Parents
4. Evaluate the child psychologist's performance and communicate with the Clinical Head regarding areas of need.
5. Communicate with parents regarding the child's progress toward learning goals.
6 Prepare quarterly progress report and share with the parent
7Participate in case profile sessions and clinical research meetings.
Invite and encourage parents to participate in each child's progress
8. Counsel parents to create a good rapport and bond
9. Creation of innovative resources and strategies
10. Participate in other activities on an as-needed basis - psychological perspective areas.
