Key Responsibilities:
Manage ticket reservations, bookings, and cancellations for flights, trains, buses, and events.
Assist customers in selecting the best travel or event options according to their preferences and budget.
Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, and other travel-related details.
Process payments, issue tickets, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Handle changes in travel schedules, rebooking, and refunds.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain updated knowledge of ticketing systems, policies, and promotions.
Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and event organizers for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket sales and revenue.
Requirements:
High school diploma or a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or in a similar role in the travel or event industry.
Proficiency in ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and payments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours.
Earn certifications in these skills
