Title Search/Commitment Typing - Sr Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform title opinions and title searches with precision.
2. Review and analyze deeds and chain of title to ensure proper documentation.
3. Utilize tools such as Data Tree, Data Trace, and Title Point for conducting title searches.
4. Stay informed on real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance (knowledge is a plus).
5. Conduct multi-state and multi-searches, including current owner, two-owner, full search, and 30-year search (experience preferred).
6. Utilize Netronline for comprehensive title research (mandatory).
7. Maintain a high typing speed while ensuring accuracy in the preparation of deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, and out-of-sale documents.
