Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience as a Tool Setter / Press Operator
Experience with punch press machines, CNC machines, grinders, and calipers
Strong knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
