Key responsibilities:

1. Using online booking portals to book air tickets and accommodation.
2. Working on online searches for creating a database of suppliers in Europe.
2. Replying to queries with a quick turnaround time.
3. Making invoices and hotel vouchers for confirmed bookings if required.
4. Making telephone calls to travel agents/travelers for follow-ups.
5. Working on offline bookings for hotels, transport, sightseeing, and air tickets.
