Tour Consultant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze the complete communication between the destination expert and the client
2. Understand the client's psyche based on the communication flow and specific requirements
3. Scoping of the complete plan as per the requirements
4. R&D on the cost elements based on the client s budget and requirements and choosing the right elements
5. Working out on the costing sheets as per the cost elements.
6. Working out the proposals/ documents/ terms and conditions based on the requirements and costing sheets
7. Reviewing of the documents to be sent for quality check
8. Forwarding the proposals to the clients

Behavioural & Technical Skills

1. One should be Fluent in English
2. One should be good with communication skills (writing & speaking)
3. One should have Knowledge in MS Word
4. One should have the skill to learn and understand new destinations
5. One should have the skill to evaluate the complete requirement
6. One should have a clear understanding of the basics of the destinations - in terms of picking the right hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other elements to compile a complete tour package along with the itinerary
7. One should have the skill to understand how to compile revalidated information in a document
8. One should have the skill to Understand the correctness of the content and information
9. One should have the skill to evaluate the complete requirement
