Tour Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on leading group tours and travel for 15-20 days a month
2. Work on backend travel operations like creating itineraries, coordinating with vendors and DMs, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Open for candidates with a background in travel, tourism, digital marketing, or performance marketing
2. An enthusiastic person who loves to travel
3. Should be willing to travel for 15-20 days a month
4. Patience in handling a group of 15 - 25 travelers
5. A conversation starter to keep the group engaged
6. Quick decision-maker to resolve unexpected situations
7. Photography skills are always a plus
8. Empathetic and fun
9. Someone who can understand the traveler's concerns and situation and act accordingly
