Key responsibilities:

1. Review the work orders
2. Follow-up with US healthcare insurance carriers for claim status
3. Follow-up with US healthcare insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims
4. Follow-up on payment information if the claims are processed
5. Analyze claims in case of rejections
6. Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards

Required:

1. Good communication skills in English (speaking & writing)
2. Educational qualification: PUC/12th/Any graduation
3. Willing to work US shift nights
