Trainee Engineer- Technical Support (SOC Monitoring) Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ability to establish KPI, review & manage security logs, and provide reports based on KPI and metrics
2. Continuously read and monitor the Log Analyzer tool
3. Interact with customer/vendor teams to manage security events
4. Extract info from tools and send reports of SOC monitoring activities at predefined intervals

Requirements:

1. Good understanding of Security and Networking basics
2. Ready to work in shifts in a 24/7 environment
3. Good communication & customer interaction skills
4. Knowledge of SIEM tools preferred
5. Ability to maneuver through a problem situation with logic

Additional information:

Training/ Certifications- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
