Trainer - Full Stack Development Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting live as well as doubt-clearing sessions in both offline and online mode
2. Conducting regular personal guidance sessions, providing step-by-step solutions, and thoroughly explaining the core concepts
3. Administering DPPs (daily practice papers) - assessing time and stress management, and determining the strengths and weaknesses of the student
4. Assessing/adopting audio-visual devices to facilitate interactive learning
5. Understanding the students study method, and adapting appropriate teaching methodology catering to all types of students
6. Monitoring every student, addressing their concerns, along with providing feedback, personalized guidance, and counseling to accelerate performance improvement
7. Maintaining a healthy and positive learning environment keeps the students focused and committed to their goals and motivates them to enhance their performance
8. Collaborating with other department members, engaging in regular meetings, and communicating with the guardians regarding the progress of the students
