Training Content Developer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create learning experiences material, modules, assignments, and assessment
2. Develop and train the instructors on the content created to conduct the training
3. Develop an instructor's manual and other teaching tools
4. Create strategies related to instructional design, curriculum design, and learning design for organizational development
5. Understand the nuances of creating content for training employees on soft skills

Who can apply:

1. Must have knowledge of adult learning theories
2. Must have excellent project management and organizational skills
3. Must have education in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field is a plus
4. Must have proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role, designing and developing instructional materials for various delivery formats (e-learning and instructor-led training)
