We are seeking an experienced and motivated travel agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and booking international travel packages and cruises. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and book customized international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
2. Plan and arrange cruise vacations, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
3. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on destinations, travel routes, and accommodations.
4. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
5. Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry developments.
6. Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and offers for clients.
7. Manage travel documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
8. Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip.
Qualifications:
1. One year experience as a travel agent, with a focus on international ticketing and travel packages and cruises.
2. In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, cruise lines, and travel industry trends.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

UBC Impex was registered in November 2019 as a result of a collaboration between Royal City Developer Pvt Ltd and Silpa Group with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Then Covid hit the world and foraying into a relatively new business of cold-formed steel during such tough times was a mix of hits and misses. We set up our factory at Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, and started with projects of the government of Telangana with just a handful of people. Today, we are a team of 70 people working on both domestic and international projects covering everything from designing, drafting, estimating, modeling, detailing, production, and execution of LGSF, PEB, and hybrid steel structures. Our growth trajectory has been phenomenal, and we are aiming higher.
