About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee operations and sales activities.
2. Understand and assess customer holiday requirements.
3. Create quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages, and cost estimates for customers.
4. Arrange hotel bookings, flight reservations, and other transport services based on travel itineraries, optimizing time slots and priorities.
5. Conduct effective sales discussions to engage and persuade customers.
6. Convert leads into successful sales of holiday packages.
