Job Overview
The Holiday Sales Consultant is a full-time junior position located in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. They will play a critical role in managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of travel itinerary planning to customize vacations to client's preferences and budgets.
Understanding of travel regulations and documentation for advising clients accurately on necessary travel documents.
Expertise in cross-selling and upselling travel packages and services to meet sales targets and enhance revenue.
Exceptional customer service communication skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Effective time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a client-first approach.
