1. Serve as the primary point of contact and leader for trip participants, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere throughout the journey
2. Welcome participants and facilitate icebreaker activities to encourage group bonding and friendship
3. Conduct guided tours, excursions, and activities, providing informative commentary and ensuring everyone's safety and enjoyment
4. Engage with participants and create memorable experiences through storytelling, games, music, and other entertainment options
5. Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip, such as operational issues, emergencies, or conflicts among participants
6. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently, seeking assistance from the operations team or local authorities if necessary
7. Maintain open communication with trip participants, addressing questions, providing updates, and soliciting feedback to improve future trips
8. Ensure adherence to the company's policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards at all times
9. Should be good at taking group photos and videos for promotional purposes
