Required:
1. Has 1-3 years of experience developing responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces using modern technologies
2. Thinking is not constrained by technology stacks
3. Is open to learning and moving to new technology stacks with relative ease
4. Capable of quickly understanding the existing architecture and code practices
5. Is not afraid to deep-dive into the legacy code base and refactor, and improve upon the existing implementations
6. Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for working in a high-paced environment
7. Has a product mindset and is able to think beyond the product specs considering the larger implications, both technical and user-facing
8. Proactive in communication and is able to take ownership of products delivery and performance
9. Is an active learner and takes interest in grooming the team on the latest technologies
10. 1-3 years of front-end development experience
11. Strong CS fundamentals - algorithms & data structures
12. Expert-level understanding of HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery), XML, AJAX, and Angular
13. Good understanding of AMP or any other frontend framework
14. Should be adept at converting PSD/Sketch/Figma designs to code
15. Experience in writing SEO-friendly code
16. Ability to write reusable components; write once and use it everywhere
17. Strong desire to send highly optimized code to production
18. Experience with version control systems like Git
19. Good with agile development practices such as continuous integration and deployment
