UI/UX Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing designs that are both functional and user-friendly - this includes proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
2. Conduct user research, analyze data, and create user personas and scenarios to inform design decisions
3. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and iterate design concepts
4. Understand design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout to create aesthetically pleasing designs that are easy to navigate

Requirements:

1. Communication skills: the ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders
2. Problem-solving skills: the ability to identify and solve design problems to create intuitive and effective user experiences
