Role: UI/UX Designer-Motion Graphics
Main Responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of the user interface for an industry-leading e-commerce platform and payment gateway.
2. Work with our international team to design and build the UI of web & mobile pages and templates.
3. Implement high-quality designs, and ensure that all customer-facing materials have a harmonized look and feel.
4. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
5. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
6. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
7. Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
8. Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) and also generating real-time animations of the same, to see how it will look after the development.
9. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
10. Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams.
Note: Motion graphics and Figma is mandatory and required
Key Requirements :
1. You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field.
2. You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
3. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop).
4. You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
5. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
6. Have hands-on experience in creating animations and videos.
7. You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
8. You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
9. You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
