About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors, using findings to inform design decisions
2. Develop wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts
3. Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, focusing on consistency, color schemes, and typography
4. Map out user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns to improve user journeys
5. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with product goals and technical feasibility
6. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback
7. Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products
8. Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance product design

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Have 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry

2. Be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software

3. Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and process

4. Possess a solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design

5. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts

6. Be detail-oriented with a keen eye for delivering pixel-perfect designs

7. Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
