2. Create intuitive and engaging user experiences by designing the overall flow and structure of a product or application, including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to define user interactions
3. Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces that align with user needs and connect with website objectives, creating mockups, visual designs, and style guides that incorporate brand guidelines and usability principles
4. Define and design interactive elements such as buttons, forms, navigation menus, and animations to enhance usability and provide a seamless user experience
5. Convert design files to HTML & CSS as per the guidelines provided by the PM, preparing user-friendly HTML and CSS that is easy to develop
6. Organize and structure content in a way that makes it easily accessible and understandable to users, creating sitemaps and navigation hierarchies to ensure a logical and intuitive information flow
7. Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs, identify areas for improvement, observe and gather feedback from users to validate design decisions, and make iterative enhancements
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of designs, and present design concepts, justify design decisions, and incorporate feedback
9. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines that promote consistency and efficiency across different products or platforms, defining design patterns, components, and standards for UI elements and interactions
10. Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions
