Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative UI / UX Designer to join our team at Lavoro HR Solutions. As a UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our clients' websites and applications. This is a full-time position based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in UI / UX design and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.

Qualifications and Skills

2 to 3 years of experience in UI / UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of responsive design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications
Conceptualize and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
Design pixel-perfect visual mockups and user interfaces using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI / UX design
