Key responsibilities:

1. Write effective, and engaging content for multiple digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, emails, lead generation, and chatbots
2. Develop and maintain content and style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, and requirements
4. Conduct content quality audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization
5. Modify content based on user/team feedback, testing results, and data-driven insights
6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry practices, and the latest technologies in UX writing, and content design

3. Knowledge of best SEO practices and design principles

4. Proven experience as a Product/UX writer, including proficiency in Editing, Strong Content Research abilities, Exceptional Writing skills, Knowledge of SEO practices, Competence in Proofreading, Familiarity with HTML, User-centric design guidelines, and Methodologies

5. Experience: 3 - 4 years (with a minimum of 6 months experience in the travel industry)

6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Product/UX/UI Design, or a related field
