Drive end-to-end account management of the assigned universities from client onboarding, training, and building a strong retention strategy.
Conduct regular meetings (physical and virtual) with the clients.
Serve as SPOC from India and own the enrollment target assigned for each university partner.
Handle escalations and resolve them within a reasonable time.
Create SOPs to minimize operational issues or future grievances.
Build supply intelligence and manage effective shortlisting of partner universities.
Manage Uniconnect, University Webinars, and similar events to boost client engagement.
Work closely with the accounts to claim and collect commissions.
What you will need :
A Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed institution is a minimum (experience in international education and a master's degree is preferred).
At least two years of relevant experience in business development involving international clients preferably from the UK.
Proficient in advanced Excel and skilled in data analysis.
A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.
Strong English language proficiency in both written and oral communication.
Ability to effectively articulate and coordinate between cross-functional teams.
