Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves handling incoming calls, greeting customers, and managing visitor entry. The candidate must be professional, polite, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic computer software, such as MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good knowledge of admin work at reception
Should know the attendance and leave management
Friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive first impression on behalf of the company.
Punctuality and reliability are essential for managing front desk operations smoothly.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Experience with muster entry and visitor management systems will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
Receive and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, directing them as necessary.
Manage the visitor logbook by entering accurate details of guests and visitors.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, such as organizing mail and deliveries.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the office calendar.
Coordinate with security to manage muster entry and ensure all visitors have proper access.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company's services and operations.
Earn certifications in these skills
