Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior US Dispatch Executive to join our team in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and dispatch within the US market. As a Dispatch Executive, you will ensure seamless coordination and management of dispatch operations.

Location - Chandigarh IT Park
Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility
Salary - Up to max 35K CTC + Night Allowance + 4-5k Incentives

Qualifications and Skills
Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to deliver exceptional service and build positive client relationships.
US Logistics (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing logistics operations within the United States.
US Dispatch (Mandatory skill): Expertise in coordinating and executing dispatch tasks effectively.
Logistics Management: Competency in overseeing logistics processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
Knowledge of Shipping Regulations: Understanding of international and US-specific shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
Data Entry: Proficient in accurate data entry with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
International Process: Experience working within international logistics processes, ensuring adherence to global standards.
