Key responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, calling, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Candidate coordination: Communicate with candidates to provide information, schedule interviews, and handle follow-ups.
3. Resume screening: Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.
4. Interview arrangements: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Recruitment database: Maintain and update recruitment databases with candidate information and application statuses.
6. Job market research: Assist in researching and understanding job market trends and candidate availability.
7. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Process improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
