US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new business and maintain existing relationships with job seekers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
2. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including negotiating contracts and pricing
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas
4. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure success
5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the staffing industry, including trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as recruitment, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful client delivery
7. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and pipeline
