About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and screen resumes from various job boards, social media platforms, and referrals
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
3. Work closely with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
4. Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus
5. Any graduate

Note: We are currently seeking freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for our US clients. You will work closely with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Additional information:

1. Work cycle: Five days a week, Monday to Friday, with weekends off for a better work-life balance
2. Shift timings are 5:30 pm to 2:30 am, with the flexibility to stretch if required
3. Pay: We offer a competitive salary of INR 15,000 per month take home, plus incentives based on performance

Salary

After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
