Job Description:
The job of a IT- recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions on daily basis.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates is the primary job.
The recruiter has to review, reformat and present resumes to hiring managers.
Be willing to work in night shifts
For Experience:
Should be expertise in US Recruitment life cycle
Should be well versed with tax terms.
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Candidates should have excellent communication skills
Should have a minimum 6 months of work exp. in Recruitment
Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing
