Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled US IT Recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and networking abilities, delivering results while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Long-term commitment is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US clients.
Collaborate closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Contribute to strategic global hiring programs.
Develop action plans for recruiting the best-fit talent.
Source candidates using niche IT platforms.
Conduct interviews, document assessments, and report as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for organizational growth.
Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices and laws.
Experience in building IT talent pools.
Comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Knowledgeable about US work Visas (H1B, E3, TN).
Familiarity with US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
Strong understanding of technical requirements.
Demonstrated sourcing skills and candidate assessment abilities.
Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
Analytical thinker, capable of recommending the right fit.
