About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound calls, mainly user complaints transferred from all sites
2. Verifying the complaints from different departments and addressing/resolving it
3. Escalating complaints to the concerned team/manager
4. Making reports and submitting it to the reporting manager on a daily basis
5. Working on data entry into the system

Who can apply:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Conversant in any south language (Tamil, Telugu & Kannada)
Skill(s) required
Earn certifications in these skills

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 3 LPA (All fixed)
