User Interface Designer Job

As a Senior UI/ Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces across various digital platforms. We are in search of an individual who thrives on the excitement of tackling intricate challenges in the fintech domain, seamlessly guiding our users towards embracing innovative approaches

Responsibilities
Lead the visual design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet user needs and business objectives.
Create visual design concepts for digital user experiences that intelligently leverage the elements of design (type, color, layout, composition, imagery) that combined work to create a memorable and high-quality user experience.
Lead the effort to create and maintain design system.
Develop motion design solutions that enhance user interaction and engagement.
Collaborate closely with UX Designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI design.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Principle etc.
Excellent understanding of user-cantered design principles and methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to create 3D motion graphics and knowledge of After Effects is a big plus.
