UX/UI Designer | Visual Designer Job

User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyse user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for new features or products.
UI Design:
Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with our brand identity.
Ensure a consistent design language across all platforms and devices.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Present and defend design decisions, explaining the rationale behind design choices based on user research and best practices.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs. Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Documentation:
Maintain and update design documentation, guidelines, and assets for consistency and ease of use by the development team.
