Key responsibilities:

1. User Research: Understand user needs and behaviors
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create visual concepts and test usability
3. User Interface Design: Design layout, typography, and visuals
4. User Experience Design: Improve usability and accessibility
5. Interaction Design: Define interactive elements and animations
6. Usability Testing: Evaluate design effectiveness through testing
7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies
9. Documentation: Create design specifications and style guides

Key skills:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer
3. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and the ability to explain design decisions
5. Solid understanding of user-centered design process and usability heuristics
6. Strong visual design skills in typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy
7. Must have non-mobile app experience
