Key responsibilities:

1. Customer interaction and support:
- Greet and assist CaneBOT customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient user experience.
- Provide information about the CaneBOT machines, including how to use them and the benefits of the products offered.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the service and functionality of CaneBOT machines.
2. Machine operations management:
- Regularly refill the stock of ingredients and supplies in the CaneBOT machines to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machines to uphold hygiene standards and operational efficiency.
- Conduct visual inspections of the machines to identify any wear or potential issues.
3. Basic troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve basic technical issues with the CaneBOT machines, minimizing downtime.
- Report more complex issues to the technical support team for further assistance.
- Keep accurate log book and records of any malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance performed on the machines.
