Key responsibilities:

1. Working on recruitment for the leading MNC companies
2. Sourcing candidates from various job portals based on the company requirements
3. Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates
4. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company
5. Working on end-to-end recruitment
