Key responsibilities:

1. Take a brief to grasp the NGO team s needs and specifications
2. Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity
3. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
4. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
5. Create rough and final cuts
6. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
7. Consult with the team members from production to post-production process
8. Discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry s best practices to maximize efficiency

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
