Role Description
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content by editing footage and assembling various production elements into a polished final product. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will be expected to manage project timelines, work collaboratively with the content team to produce polished and impressive footage and provide valuable insights on how we can improve video creation at Snive.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Footage Selection and Organization:
1. Review and select the best shots from raw footage.
2. Organize and catalog footage for efficient access.

b. Proficiency in Editing Software:
1. Use editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
2. Incorporating motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.

c. Creative Collaboration:
1. Collaborate with the team to understand the project's vision.
2. Provide creative input to enhance storytelling through editing.

d. Timeline Management:
1. Create and adhere to project timelines.
2. Manage time efficiently to meet production deadlines.

e. Audio and Visual Enhancement:
1. Edit and integrate audio elements (music, voiceovers, sound effects).
2. Adjust color balance, and contrast, and apply grading for visual consistency.

f. Feedback Incorporation and Problem-Solving:
1. Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
