About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the brand, its product & TG and content that works for brand on social media
2. Based on the analysis, finalize the content buckets that need to be shown on the product page like customer reviews, product specs, and how to use them. etc.
3. Source relevant content from brand s social media, edit/create the content [video majorly] keeping in the mind the brand & Troopod content guidelines
4. Analyze the performance of content via Troopod s dashboard & iterate the content to achieve brand goals
5. Work with the product team to automate content sourcing & editing

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Previous experience in creating and editing video & image content - At least 1 year across projects or internships

2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or others

3. Good understanding of content creation & engagement on social media - Instagram & Youtube [Social media content creation experience is a PLUS]

4. Analytical approach to content is a MUST - Should have good know-how of content metrics

5. Previous experience of working in a startup is preferred
