Video Editor Job

We are seeking an experienced and creative Video Editor with a strong understanding of the video production process, script structure, and the flow of corporate and industrial videos. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of professional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects. You will work closely with our production team to edit and finalize videos that align with the client's objectives, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit corporate videos, industrial videos, and other video content as required, ensuring seamless storytelling, flow, and structure.
2. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand project requirements and implement the desired vision.
3. Review and organize raw footage to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
4. Incorporate client feedback and make necessary edits to videos to meet the expected quality and delivery standards.
5. Apply colour correction, grading, and advanced video effects using DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premier pro.
6. Add appropriate music, voice overs, and sound effects to enhance the final output.
Work on motion graphics, titles, transitions, and other post-production tasks to elevate video quality.
7. Ensure all videos are delivered within agreed-upon timelines, adhering to project deadlines.
8. Stay updated on the latest editing software tools, video editing techniques, and industry trends.
9. Maintain organized project files and adhere to company best practices for file management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing diverse range of videos
2. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
3. Strong understanding of video production processes, script structures, and storytelling techniques.
4. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to make precise cuts and edits that improve the video flow.
5. Experience in color grading, sound editing, and adding motion graphics to video projects.
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client requirements.
