The video production manager will oversee all aspects of video production, from concept development to final delivery. This role requires a creative leader who can manage a team, collaborate with various departments, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the video production process, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.
2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop video concepts that align with our brand and messaging.
3. Oversee the scheduling of shoots, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available.
4. Maintain and manage budgets for video projects, ensuring cost-effective production.
5. Supervise and mentor production staff, including videographers, editors, and assistants.
6. Ensure all video content meets quality standards and adheres to branding guidelines.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to implement best practices.
8. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to align video content with promotional strategies.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and production agencies as needed.
