The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, conceptualizing, and editing high-quality videos that engage and inspire our audience. Key responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives
2. Plan, shoot, and direct video content using professional camera equipment, lighting, and sound
3. Edit and assemble footage, ensuring smooth transitions, coherent storytelling, and optimal visual quality
4. Apply creative techniques such as motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to enhance video content
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that video content is aligned with overall marketing and branding strategies
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
7. Monitor video performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for future content
8. Continuously research industry trends and advancements in video production to improve skills and stay current with best practices
Bachelor's degree in film, media, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in video production, including shooting, directing, and editing
Expertise in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Proficiency in motion graphics and visual effects software such as Adobe After Effects
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Creative thinker with a passion for developing new concepts and ideas
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
